How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the ReMinder app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
3. Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
4. Read the warning and tap Continue.
5. On the confirmation screen, type your email address and complete the security check (re-enter your password or re-authenticate with Google/Apple).
6. Tap Delete account permanently.

Your account and all associated cloud data will be removed immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app (for example, the app is uninstalled or you lost access to your sign-in method), send a deletion request to:

support@radianpixelapps.com

Include the following in your email so we can verify your identity:

• Your account email address
• A brief confirmation that you are the account owner
• Optional: approximate date you created the account

We will respond within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity.

What data is deleted

The following data is permanently deleted when you delete your account:

• Your email address and authentication records
• All cloud-synced reminders (titles, dates, notes, categories)
• All attachments stored in the cloud (photos, files)
• Your profile avatar and display name
• Shared space memberships and invitations
• Your subscription and purchase history metadata (see note below)

What data may be kept

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, some data is retained for a limited period even after account deletion:

• Purchase records — retained by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and the payment platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) for up to 90 days after cancellation to handle refund requests and billing disputes. After that, the records are anonymized or deleted.
• Crash and analytics logs — retained in aggregated, anonymized form by Firebase (Google) for up to 14 months from collection. These logs cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion.
• Legal records — retained only if required by applicable law (for example, tax or audit compliance).

Your local data

Reminders stored only on your device (without cloud sync enabled) are not affected by account deletion. To remove local data, you can either:

• Uninstall the app from your device, or
• In the app, go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete all data.
